we’re collaborating with Dave Mullen Wine Agency, winners of AHA Wine Supplier of the Year (2023 & 2025) and the Australian Enterprise Awards – Premium Wine Portfolio (2024).
Enjoy a curated five-course menu, expertly paired with Italian wines.
Guests are invited to arrive from 6:00pm for a sparkling welcome drink, with the evening commencing at 6:30pm.
Sam from Dave Mullen Wine Agency will be with us throughout the night, sharing insights and stories behind each wine you’ll be tasting.

Only two bottles of Château Mouton Rothschild 2009 — one of the greatest vintages ever produced — remain in our private cellar.

To enjoy this wine at its absolute peak, an advance reservation with full bottle prepayment is required, allowing us to open and prepare the bottle ahead of time.
To enhance the experience, we will curate a bespoke menu perfectly paired with the wine and tailored to your preferences. Menu pricing varies based on selected products and dishes.
